I’m starting my 6 month with Rob today, I have to say I’ve been blown away by the results. I’m not a big guy but I got lazy and fat and started to get a bit belly. A summary: An excellent and luxury fitness camp where you can focus on your fitness goals because you do not have to think about anything else, Rob and his team already organized everything for you.I had an outstanding 10-day experience here at the Revival Villa with Rob, his staff, and the other attendees.The whole program is not comparable to any other fitness camps. Since was perfectly personalized for my goals, I wanted to lose body fat and hold my current muscle mass.I was able to reach a fantastic result in this short amount of time. This effect was possible due to the expertise of Rob in various topics which covers the following points the mind, body, and soul. Which he explained very good - his approach here is "keep it simple." All the things I have learned during this ten days - still keep me going and stay fit and healthy. A big thank you to Rob!The luxurious villa itself has full en-suite facilities, outdoor swimming pool, WI-FI, TV ... the staff is washing your clothes every day, and... in case I had a request regarding the room the staff was accommodating.I was amazed by the home cooked food adapted to your personal needs. I can honestly say that the 2 weeks I spent at the Revival villa has been the MOST important thing I have ever done for myself. It has been the best holiday ever, combining training with a relaxing retreat in Phuket that not only worked on my fitness but also my mobility, nutrition, mind and overall my confidence. The program had the perfect blend of high-intensity training, weights and other activities plus a good amount of time to relax to make it still feel like a lazy holiday.The Villa is beautiful with your own room and ensuite. The Revival team including Sai, Nan & Tuk were tremendous. They were all supportive, caring and provided 5-star service. Every meal, snack and occasional fresh coconut were delicious, the room is beautiful and anything I needed was catered for. The gardens and pool are stunning and with many massages throughout the 2 weeks, I was totally relaxed.Rob has created a retreat that ensured that I returned home relaxed and rested, leaner, fitter and stronger. I was also armed... with nutrition knowledge that has enabled me to keep up the good habits. The program challenged my thinking, has helped me focus on goals I want to achieve over the next 12 - 18 months and nurtured my confidence back to life. I have personally trained with Rob on several occasions in Phuket. Being a coach myself and training with top level coaches from around the world, I definitely know the difference between a trainer and a coach. Trainers train people and coaches change people. Rob is a top notch COACH that truly cares about his clients. He is fully aware that to achieve lasting results that you must train the mind and body. I trained with Rob when I was in Thailand at a training camp. I loved the way he delivered the essential information about what we were doing and WHY we were doing it. It wasn't about running around like a maniac, but about making sure we focused on the objective of that session/movement to get maximum benefit from it.If you get a chance to work with Rob it's an opportunity you will not regret.
